33rs Terms and Conditions – Your Rights,
Our Rules, Explained Plainly

By accessing or using the 33rs platform at 33rs.biz – whether to browse, register an account, deposit funds, place bets, play casino games, or access any feature of the site – you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in their entirety and that you agree to be bound by them unconditionally.

These Terms constitute the complete and binding agreement between you ("the Player") and 33rs ("the Platform"). No verbal representations, informal communications, or third-party descriptions of the platform create any obligations for 33rs beyond what is stated in these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and any specific promotion terms published on the platform.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not create an account or use the 33rs platform. Continued use of 33rs following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. 33rs will notify registered players of material changes to these Terms via email or on-site notification at least seven days before the changes take effect.

33rs is exclusively available to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout their use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. No exceptions. 33rs reserves the right to request proof of age from any player at any time.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) registering the account for personal use only.
• You must not be using 33rs in any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law and where accessing the platform creates legal liability for the player.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or close family member of an employee or contractor of 33rs.
• You must be mentally capable of entering into a legally binding agreement and managing your own financial affairs.

33rs takes age verification seriously. If at any point during your use of the platform 33rs has reasonable grounds to suspect that you do not meet the minimum age requirement, your account will be suspended pending verification. If age verification fails, the account will be permanently closed and any deposits returned minus bonus amounts already used.

Each individual may hold only one active account on the 33rs platform. Creating multiple accounts – whether using different email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers – is strictly prohibited and will result in all accounts being permanently banned and all associated balances forfeited.

When registering at 33rs, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your real name, valid email address, active Pakistani mobile number, and date of birth. Providing false registration information is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure without refund of deposits.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 33rs login credentials. Any activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility. 33rs will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to keep your credentials secure.

• Use a strong, unique password for your 33rs account – not one reused from other websites.
• Never share your username, password, or OTP with any third party, including individuals claiming to be 33rs staff. Our team will never ask for your password.
• If you suspect your account has been compromised, contact support@33rs.biz immediately via live chat for emergency account lockdown.
• 33rs accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account or any account balance to another person.

33rs accepts deposits exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are available for deposits at 33rs: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank IBFT transfer, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards.

The minimum deposit at 33rs is Rs 200. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, although 33rs reserves the right to request source of funds documentation for large or frequent deposits as part of our anti-money laundering obligations.

Deposits to 33rs are processed immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. 33rs is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, mobile wallet network congestion, or banking system downtime. If a deposit does not appear in your 33rs wallet within 30 minutes, contact support with your transaction reference number.

• All deposits must be made from payment accounts or cards registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted.
• 33rs does not charge transaction fees on deposits. However, your mobile wallet or bank may apply their own charges – check with your payment provider.
• Deposited funds that have not been used in any betting or gaming activity within 12 consecutive months may be subject to an inactivity fee of Rs 200 per month, after 30 days' advance written notice from 33rs.
• Deposits made using bonus or promotional codes will be governed by the specific bonus terms applicable to that promotion.

33rs is committed to processing withdrawals quickly. Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals are typically completed within 15 minutes of request. NayaPay and SadaPay follow similarly fast timelines. Bank IBFT withdrawals generally arrive within one to two hours during standard banking hours. Visa/Mastercard withdrawals may take one to three business days.

The minimum withdrawal amount at 33rs is Rs 500. There is no per-transaction withdrawal fee charged by 33rs, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used to make the most recent deposit, up to the amount of that deposit. Remaining profits may be withdrawn via any verified withdrawal method registered on your account.
• Before your first withdrawal, 33rs may require identity verification (a copy of your CNIC or other government-issued ID). This is a one-time process and protects your account from unauthorised withdrawal attempts.
• Bonus funds must meet the applicable wagering requirements before any withdrawal is permitted. Attempting to withdraw before meeting wagering requirements will result in the bonus being removed from your balance.
• 33rs reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests that exceed Rs 1,00,000 in a single transaction or Rs 5,00,000 in any 30-day period. This may add processing time while verification is completed.
• Withdrawal requests made during known payment system maintenance windows may experience brief delays. 33rs will communicate scheduled maintenance on the platform in advance.

33rs offers various bonuses and promotions to both new and existing Pakistani players from time to time. These include welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, tournament prizes, and seasonal promotions tied to events like PSL cricket season or Eid.

All bonuses at 33rs are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms. The standard wagering requirement for deposit match bonuses at 33rs is 30x the bonus amount, unless a different requirement is specified in the promotion's individual terms page.

• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus wallet at 33rs. Bonus funds are used automatically after your real money balance reaches zero in any game session.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time. Applying a new bonus code while another bonus is active will be declined. Complete or forfeit the existing bonus first.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are fully met.
• 33rs reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time, with or without notice, in cases of suspected abuse, technical error, or changes to promotional partner terms.
• Bonus winnings derived from free bets or no-deposit bonuses are capped at Rs 10,000 unless specific promotion terms state otherwise.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times constitutes bonus abuse and will result in all accounts being permanently banned with no refund of deposits.

All games available at 33rs – including live casino tables, online RNG games, sports betting markets, and ludo multiplayer rooms – are governed by the specific rules applicable to that game or market. Where these Terms conflict with game-specific rules, the game-specific rules take precedence for matters relating to gameplay outcomes.

Online RNG games at 33rs use independently certified random number generators. Live dealer games use real physical equipment managed by trained dealers in professionally operated studios. 33rs does not and cannot manipulate outcomes in any game. All certified audit reports are available to players on request via support.

• Sports betting markets at 33rs are settled in accordance with official results from the relevant governing body (ICC for cricket, FIFA/UEFA for football, etc.). If an official result is reversed or amended post-settlement, 33rs will re-settle affected bets accordingly.
• If a cricket match is abandoned before the required number of overs are completed and no official result is declared, pre-match winner bets are voided and stakes returned. DLS-method results are accepted as official for settlement purposes.
• Bets placed in error at obviously incorrect odds (palpable errors) may be voided by 33rs at our discretion. A palpable error is defined as odds that are materially below the true market price due to a technical or human error in setting the line.
• The minimum bet across all markets at 33rs is Rs 100. Maximum bet limits vary by market and stake level and are displayed on the bet slip before confirmation.
• All bets are final once confirmed on the 33rs platform. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended after confirmation, except through the Cash Out feature where available.

The integrity of every game and betting market at 33rs depends on all players behaving fairly. 33rs maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward any form of cheating, manipulation, or unfair advantage-seeking. The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 33rs platform:

• Using automated bots, scripts, or software of any kind to interact with the 33rs platform, place bets, or participate in games.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or glitches in the 33rs platform to gain an unintended financial advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploiting a bug are not payable and must be reported to support immediately.
• Colluding with other players in card games, poker variants, or any multiplayer game at 33rs to gain an unfair advantage over other participants.
• Communicating with live dealers or other players via unofficial channels during games to gain informational advantages.
• Attempting to access other players' account information, payment data, or personal details through any means.
• Using VPNs, proxies, or other technical means to misrepresent your geographic location on the 33rs platform.
• Any form of money laundering, including using 33rs to move funds from illegal sources through gaming activity.

Players found engaging in any prohibited conduct will be permanently banned without notice. All associated accounts will be closed and balances exceeding the deposited amount will be forfeited. In cases involving financial crime, 33rs will cooperate fully with Pakistani law enforcement and financial intelligence authorities.

33rs is fully committed to responsible gaming. We believe that gaming should be an entertaining leisure activity and nothing more. 33rs provides every registered player with a suite of tools to manage their gaming behaviour and spending.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all 33rs account holders at no charge, accessible directly from account settings:
